A large blade area makes the Night Shadow one of our best paddles for solo power thrusting. As with all of our HD series canoe paddles, this paddle is a little stiffer and a little heavier (2-3 oz.) than our other series' of canoe paddles. Asymetrical pear-type grip for ultimate comfort. Laminated with solid poplar.
All paddles are priced as "varnish only" finish. Varnish only includes four layers of ultra tough marine varnish (see About Our Finish) Or choose to add a fiberglass blade wrap to any paddle for $29.95. All fiberglassed paddles are coated three times with ultra UV weather protecting marine varnish.
